Bryan Birtles Climbing Through the Brush
Here's a picture I drew of my friend Bryan fighting his way uphill through waist-high grasses and weeds. Look! It's Edmonton in the background.

The Artist's Incapable Left Hand
Here is a drawing of my left hand. I drew it while riding shotgun on the Trans-Canada Highway.

Winnipeg Park
This is a drawing of a school park in Winnipeg across from a local hospital there. Bryan had to go there for the usual.

Roadside Grasses.
Here are some grasses I pulled from the side of the road. I drew this while sitting in the second row of the van. I taped the grasses to the headrest of the front seat. That lasted until Mark needed a stretch and smooshed the grasses with his unconscious headrest grabbing hand.
When I was drawing it I had to be really careful because of how fast the van was going and how bumpy the roads can sometimes be.

Kelowna Marina
I drew this picture over the two days I spent in Kelowna. While I was drawing it two 16 or 17ish year old girls came up to me and asked if I had two dollars. I said no and they went and sat on the bench next to mine.
"Are you drawing?" one of them said.
"Uh yeah," I replied.
"What, are you depressed or something?"
"Uh... I'm kind of an artist."

Kelowna Fountain
Back the the art progression. I drew this in Kelowna while we were waiting to unload our gear onto a boat where we played that night. I didn't have to wait very long to unload stuff.
This nice sculpture is about the lake.
